Genuine AC Cobra MkIV Lightweight

Up for sale is a genuine LHD AC Cobra MkIV Lightweight.
Built in May 1991 at the Brooklands Autokraft Factory and then exported to Japan, where it has been exceptionally well cared for all of its life. It has covered a genuine 4300km from new and is being sold on behalf of its current Japanese owner.
This Cobra is exactly as Autokraft constructed it, retaining its original Diamond White with red/gold striped exterior paint plus the original beige leather interior. It has the Factory SVO specification 302ci V8 mated to a Borg-Warner T5 manual transmission.
As with all genuine Lightweight Cobra, it features the “short-nose” body-work, Monza fuel-cap and 15inch wheels with Avon tyres and carries a AKL chassis number.
This very special Cobra has now had an extensive service and has passed its UK MOT, with its Registration Paperwork currently with the DVLA.
To improve the cars driving experience, the vehicles original front and rear Factory brake calipers, [which are now obsolete due to lack of repair parts] have been replaced with an upgraded 4-piston aluminium unit on the front and a 2-piston aluminium unit on the rear. For the handbrake, the car now has an aluminium handbrake specific unit fitted.

Original "Survivor" 1967 Mustang Coupe.

Original "Survivor" 1967 Mustang Coupe. Built in December 1966 at the San Jose Plant and supplied to Welman Ford in Burbeck, California, probably as a family members vehicle.

Its factory specification is Candy Apple Red paint with a Parchment interior.
It is a 289ci V8 with C4 automatic transmission and 3.00 open axle ratio. Options include power steering and air-conditioning with tinted glass, floor console and 8-track player.
Sold in September 1967 to Herman Brosch who lived a few miles from the dealership in Tjunga, who kept the car, always garaged when not in use and used it carefully until his death, covering just under 24000 miles.
Mr. Brosch was a very detailed record keeper and all service history relating to the cars life was kept and is with me.
This car retains all its original sheet metal, glass, chromework, and interior trim. It has never been in an accident or had any panels replaced and every panel retains all the original FoMoCo date stampings.
When i imported this car from America, I undertook a complete mechanical refresh/rebuild which included replacing all the suspension bushes, shock absorbers and main joints, in total a fully detailed service of every component.
I fitted the 67 optional styled steel wheels with radial tyres with carefully hidden Wilwood front disc brake conversion. A power brake booster was also fitted along with larger rear brake drum assemblies.
The radiator was rebuilt and the Factory air-conditioning system was upgraded to a modern Classic Auto Air version.
Originally the engine was 2V, it now runs an original Ford 4V intake with Holley carb and dual exhaust system.
Every original component removed from the car has been kept and will be supplied to the new owner.
The car retains 60% of its original paintwork plus some marks which show 55 years of careful ownership and use plus all the original red oxide primer underside is still in place.
A very special original car not sullied by US Parts Catalogue pieces.
